[Libs-Or] Two positions open: Join Tualatin's Public Services team!

We are seeking two people to join our energetic, enthusiastic and just-plain-fun-to-work-with Public Services team:

One position is for a 20-hr Librarian 1. This is a temporary position that will end in May. This person will primarily serve on information desks, have collection development responsibilities, and has the potential to assist with programs. Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required.

The other position is for a 30-hr Librarian 1. This is a regular position. We are seeking a Spanish speaker (required) with experience working with children. This person will have responsibility for outreach to school-aged children and Spanish-speaking families, programming for families, and collection development responsibilities.

For both positions, an MLS, near completion of an MLS, or a substantial set of experience is required. Weekends and nights are part of the work schedules.

Job posting announcements are often dry and boring. Working with this team is anything but.
