[Libs-Or] OLA 2016: Schedules & Carpooling

Twenty days till the 2016 OLA Conference and things are ramping up! Quick
announcements:

1. There have been schedule changes and additions over at
*http://orlib16.sched.org/* <http://orlib16.sched.org/> -- check out the unit
business meetings <http://orlib16.sched.org/subject/unit+business+meeting>
(open to anyone!) and if you haven't yet, get yourself signed up with
*Sched* <http://orlib16.sched.org/signup> so you can make your own personal
schedule (note: you can create an account with an email address, you don't
have to use Facebook at all).

2. We have a *carpool signup*

It's up to you to reach out to a potential driver / rider.  And on the way
to Bend you can *share your stories* with each other! (see what I did
there?)
