Please direct staff to fill out the Survey Monkey below in the next few days (6 questions).
We'd like to collect those statistics in time for the OLA Conference.
So this would be data from the time of last year's survey(ie, April 2015-Feb 2016), or as close a previous year as possible.
Or if you're new to the program, fill in the data that you do have.
