Hello,

On behalf of the American Library Association *Diversity Member Interest
Group (MIG)*, we are reaching out for your feedback. In collaboration with
the new director of the ALA Office for Diversity, Literacy and Outreach
Services, Jody Gray, we are seeking to re-engage the MIG in its
vision; to provide
an organizational home for any individuals dedicated to fostering an
improved climate for diversity within their institutions and professional
organizations.



A key part of our re-engagement efforts is to connect with you in order to
build a framework for an effective and valuable community of practice. To
assist in establishing this framework, we want to gather feedback on the
interests, resources, and activities that you would find valuable from the
MIG. To start this conversation, we have developed a brief 5-10 minute
survey to gather your feedback:
