June features webinars on community collaboration and developing a healthy organizational culture. The first webinar, Public and Health Sciences Library Collaboration for Community Impact: Lessons from the MS Buddy Project<http://click.e.oclc.org/?qs=1bd9b600a35f140526ad02fb370ce8266e2bb147192d78a51abcfd554f1d8260> on June 9, will delve into an innovative and replicable project that leverages mobile technology and cross-discipline library references services to connect community members to critical health information.

Then, on June 22, learn what it means to develop a healthy organizational culture, based on the concepts of organizational citizenship behavior in the hour-long webinar Above and Beyond: Developing a Culture of Organizational Citizenship<http://click.e.oclc.org/?qs=1bd9b600a35f1405c8c14060513e118816f15c8ca9392a82acf9fd52ddfcfc5e>.

We are looking forward to hosting Before Bilingual Storytime: The Outreach Bridge to Engaging Latino and Spanish-speaking Families<http://click.e.oclc.org/?qs=1bd9b600a35f1405e349bf734ae765d4d250927e071741cacb4d001602e428ad> on July 7. The webinar will present strategies for library outreach to and engagement with Latino and Spanish-speaking communities, laying the groundwork for successful programming.
