Description: We are turning conventional wisdom on its head in a suburb of Kansas City. Using demographic data to make decisions can limit the success of public services and spaces. This webinar presents the inspirations and innovations behind Johnson County Library’s new behavior-based services and facilities plan. Learn about the process used to create the plan and the implications and impacts of it.



At the end of this session, participants will:



1: Be able to interpret data in unconventional ways.

2: Understand design aspects of a master plan.

3: Make data-driven decisions based on valuable data sets.
