[Libs-Or] Wifi after hours

I need some experienced advice. I am strongly in favor of maintaining our district practice of keeping WiFi accessible 24 hours a day. but in the last three weeks we have had several cases of vandalism on two of our properties. Does anyone have experience actually limiting WiFi to branch hours instead of 24 hours? And if so did you see a decrease in vandalism?
