[Libs-Or] New ODF report on Latinos in Oregon

I just discovered a recent (issued in late August) assessment by the Oregon Community Foundation:  2016 Latinos in Oregon Report:  http://www.oregoncf.org/news-resources/press-releases/current/latinos-in-oregon-report-august-2016    I haven’t had the chance to read it yet but am thinking there is oodles of info in here that will be relevant to Oregon’s library community.
