[Libs-Or] petition response

All,

Important Update:   upon our review this evening, the library website still
lacks any information about the upcoming vote, what appears on the ballot,
and what the plan is for the community if it passes or fails.  It is not
just news articles and pro comments that have been removed.  shared on
Facebook and time stamped 9/29/16 at 4:33 p.m.

Voters have the right to know about all elections and public libraries
should be able to inform them with facts. What is happening in Douglas
County, Oregon is wrong. Sign this petition today to let the city
Commissioners know how you feel.
