[Libs-Or] Update on Douglas County

[Diedre Conkling]

OLA is working with the Douglas County Commissioners on a version of the
library voter information for their website and social media presence. The
Commissioners objected to a specific section of the posted information, and
we are working together to get to a result that ensures voter access to
information.This is great progress. Sit tight.
