The Orbis Cascade Alliance is pleased to announce the opportunity to 
apply for the John F. Helmer Professional Development Award.  This award 
was established in honor of John F. Helmer, former Executive Director of 
the Alliance, and is intended to support professional development 
programs associated with the Alliance's strategic agenda.
