[Libs-Or] Rural Libraries in the United States report

I thought that folks might be interested in this report on rural libraries from the ALA Office for Information Technology Policy. The section on the impacts of an updated physical plant with space for programming might be especially helpful for those of us who are planning a renovation or a construction project.
