Hello,

Between now and Dec. 20th YALSA is seeking feedback from individuals who
are, for whatever reason, not YALSA members at this time—especially those
from diverse backgrounds.  YALSA will use your anonymous feedback to
improve existing and design new programs, supports and services to meet
your needs.  There are 11 required questions in the survey and 19 optional
ones, and should take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete.  On the last page,
you have the option to provide your email if you'd like to be entered in a
drawing to win $100 worth of teen services materials.  All survey responses
are strictly confidential and will not be shared beyond YALSA.
