Oregon State University Valley Library seeks a part-time, temporary information specialist to staff the Information Desk.  This position is academic wage, non-benefits earning, but successful candidates can be re-appointed annually, as staffing requirements permit.

Main duties include helping patrons (students, faculty, staff and the general public) with directional, technical and reference questions in person at the Information Desk, on the telephone, and virtually via email/chat/text.  Minor troubleshooting of printers and computers is also expected, especially when student employees are not available.
