FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Oregon State Library Board will meet at the State Library, 250 Winter St. NE, Salem, OR on January 19 & 20, 2017. Aletha Bonebrake of Baker City will chair the meeting.

On January 19th, the board will review the current strategic plan and update it for 2017-2019. On January 20th, the board will hold its regular meeting which will include the post-transaction review of the agency head financial transactions. An open forum is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on January 20th. Anyone may address the board on any topic at the open forum.

Sign language interpretation will be provided for the public if requested prior to 48 hours before the meeting; notice prior to 72 hours before the meeting is preferred.  Handouts of meeting materials may also be requested in alternate formats prior to 72 hours before the meeting. Requests may be made to Jessica Rondema at 503-378-5015.
