[Libs-Or] Dutch translation

It looks like there is a Portland Dutch Society
<http://portlanddutch.ning.com/> which has a goal to "bring together the
Dutch community residing in Oregon and Southwest Washington." If the patron
contacts them and explains his project, there might be members of that
organization who would be willing to help with a translation, maybe even
corresponding through the mail.

The Portland Dutch Society site also mentions a Dutch-American Club of
Central Oregon that might be able to help.
