If you haven't already, I would recommend checking with Oregon Corrections Enterprises. Their prices usually are quite good (although not always, as Leah notes), and their products are high-quality. They also are really good about doing custom jobs.

We've worked with Office Depot who has the state contract for office supplies.   We just purchased 4 electronic adjustable height tables for Circulation and other areas and they were cheaper than the Oregon Correctional Industries too.
