[Libs-Or] speaker about Vietnam

Greetings collective mind -

I am looking for a speaker that can discuss the influence of Vietnam War 
current US foreign policy.  How about that for specific. :)  If not a 
person who can speak about Vietnam's influence on US culture.  Anyone 
have any ideas?  And preferably living in Oregon.   Thanks.
