We just had a very successful Library Foundation retreat and my group that had been a bit stagnate is ready to hit the ground running!

One thing they would like to do is manage our gifts online, with cloud based software that multiple members (treasurer, secretary, fundraising chair, etc) can access from home to manage donors, send out appeal letters, thank you letters, etc.

I'm wondering if anyone has a service they have been happy with and would like to recommend (or if you tried one that was horrible, that would be nice to know too).
