Topics may include collection development and maintenance, exhibits and displays, Internet and other IT issues, request for reconsideration of materials, and rules of conduct for library users.  A panel of policy experts (Cindy Gibbon, Adriene Lim, Buzzy Nielsen, and Steve Silver) from public and academic libraries will share best practices, tools, and resources, and by the end of the session you will have made real progress on new or revised policies.
