[Libs-Or] Blue Books for public and tribal libraries

Once again, the State Archives is providing one copy of the new edition of the Oregon Blue Book<http://bluebook.state.or.us/default.htm> to each public and tribal library in Oregon.

The State Library is shipping the Blue Books.  They will begin going out today, and public and tribal libraries should receive their copy within the next two weeks or so.
