2018 Leadership Institute of the Oregon Library Association
Would you like to learn strategies to empower staff and develop accountability in yourself and others? Have you wished that you had a support system of other leaders in Oregon libraries who could help when new challenges arise? These benefits and more will result from participation in the Leadership Institute of OLA.

We are currently taking applications for the inaugural Leadership Institute to be held in Pendleton, OR from May 16 - 19. The institute has been developed by the Leadership Committee in partnership with Dietra Stivahtis of Vibrant Business Solutions. If you are an emerging leader serving in any capacity in a library, please apply. Applicants should be members of OLA who have worked in a library for three years.
