[Libs-Or] 5.25" Floppy Disk Drive

I know this is a long-shot, but... Before we choose to outsource the conversion of a handful of 5.25" floppy disks, is there a local institution that would have this equipment on-hand to access this data for free?

Any suggestions on vendors (local or otherwise) for this type of conversion are welcome as well.

Thanks in advance!
