[Libs-Or] Jen Calavera 2.0. re-release.

I had posted this library quiz/video game a few days ago. After some
testing, I realized it was a bit confusing and buggy. I rebuilt it and this
time I think it is a lot better. This is my library quiz/video game to test
CRAP concepts. It is open source MIT licensed and I made it using only open
source items and Godot, an open source game engine.
