Description
In a 2016 survey of city and county managers, their number one priority for their public library was the library's ability to support and drive digital inclusion and digital literacy. Edge enables libraries to assess their capacity for meeting digital needs, and to plan, make improvements and report to their local leaders.
During this webinar, libraries will speak to how Edge helped them engage a key stakeholder group - their county commissioners. These libraries effectively used their Edge Peer Comparison Report to demonstrate to their county that they needed to make improvements to perform at the same level as their national peers.
