[Libs-Or] needle drop boxes in library

Good afternoon, all. If your library has drop box(es) for needles, I hope you will consider letting me know where they are located and how well they work for your patrons and staff. Roseburg has a drop box at a park, and I'm gathering information about whether the library should be another location. Thanks in advance!
