Jacquelyn Ray currently serves as the Director of Library Resources at
Walla Walla Community College, and previously was Director of Library and
Media Services at Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton, Oregon.  She
is also the guest editor of the current issue of the OLA Quarterly, Open
Educational Resources: Opportunities, Challenges, Impact! This author
