Good morning all,
I have a couple of questions and I was hoping you all could help me out.

  1.  Does your City charge you an administrative fee for services rendered by the City such as Finance Department or Human Resources?
  2.  How much do they charge you each year?
  3.  What percentage is this of your beginning revenue amount?
