[Libs-Or] Administrative Fees charged for services rendered by the City

Hi Rose,

We don't have administrative fees as such, although we do have several internal service funds for departments that essentially exist to serve other departments, primarily IT and the City shop. We pay about 55k a year for internal IT services (including scheduled replacement of computer workstations -- printers,  library-specific software, etc. come out of another budget line), and about 2,500/year for maintenance of our van. The other deparments, like HR and Finance, do not charge for their services.

  1.  Does your City charge you an administrative fee for services rendered by the City such as Finance Department or Human Resources?
  2.  How much do they charge you each year?
  3.  What percentage is this of your beginning revenue amount?
