[Libs-Or] Discards Vender?

Hi Aaron,

What about Books to Prisoners <https://www.bookstoprisoners.net/>? I know
there's a chapter in Portland, not sure if there are other books-to-prison
outreach organizations in other areas. Or sometimes shelters (homeless,
domestic violence, etc.) have need for books.
