[Libs-Or] Help improve financial education tool at CFPB

Our friends at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau<https://www.consumerfinance.gov/practitioner-resources/library-resources/> are seeking assistance to improve one of their tools for use in library reference work. Below is a description of the project. This fall we want to partner with libraries to test Ask CFPB<https://www.consumerfinance.gov/ask-cfpb/> as a reference resource on financial education. During this pilot we encourage libraries to get acquainted with the tool, use it to help patrons in search of financial information, and give us feedback on ways we can improve the experience for librarians and the public. The 3 month pilot will kick off in September and we will offer demonstrations, an engagement kit, and voluntary monthly check ins to collect feedback.
