[Libs-Or] Organizational tools for anti-racist & EDI libraries

[ACRL Oregon]

The ACRL-Oregon Board is seeking information on how libraries in Oregon are
currently working towards creating equitable organizations.

How does your library ensure that your policies and procedures are
anti-racist? Have you completed a policy audit using an equity lens other
another tool? If so, what tools or processes do you use to help ensure EDI
in your library or on your campus?

Ideally, we would love to create a local toolkit to aid Oregon libraries in
working towards building anti-racist and equitable organizations. If you
would be willing to share any tools, processes or documentation to assist
in this endeavor, please let us know by replying to this email.
