Greetings:
This is a new reference book by Kendall Svengalis, who is the publisher of the extraordinary and invaluable “Legal Information Buyer’s Guide & Reference Manual,” which has been published annually since 1996.
Your local county or law school library, if you're lucky enough to be near one, may have a copy.
(Ken is also responsive to his readers, especially lawyers and librarians, so if you find errors or problems with this book, contact him through his NE Legal Press website.)
I posted to the Oregon Legal Research blog a link to the author and publisher:

Note: In case you didn't know already, Nolo self-help books are available free and online via the State of Oregon Law Library: https://soll.libguides.com/index (I personally prefer the print, but not everyone is lucky enough to have access to the print editions.)
Sincerely,
Laura
