[Libs-Or] Why Reed is seeking so many Librarians at once?

Hi!

Just wondering if anyone knows why Reed is hiring 3 Librarians all at once?
Did people quit all at once or was there a windfall in their budget to
afford more Librarians or something? Just seeing if anyone has insight....
