[Libs-Or] Editorial Response to OLAQ 25(2)

Just thought I should give an update. I follow Max on Instagram where he
posted the email he got from Jennifer Patterson today. It is a much better
response than the one he got earlier from a State Library staff person.
She then called him to set up a time to talk. It is very encouraging.
