[Libs-Or] TSRT scholarship for technical services staff, deadline December 2nd

The Technical Services Round Table<https://www.olaweb.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=322> (OLA TSRT) is offering a scholarship of up to $600 to help offset the costs of attending the OLA Annual conference in Bend, April 2020. Applications can be submitted between November 1st and December 2nd, 2019.
