[Libs-Or] Update to our Tuesday/Thursday Noontime Drop-In Office Hours

I hope you all are safe and healthy and able to enjoy the sunshine today!

Library Support and Development staff recently reviewed the attendance of our Tuesday/Thursday noon Zoom Office Hours and would like to make the following change:

We would like to encourage library staff to attend the Tuesday noon meeting and library directors to attend the Thursday noon meeting. Please note that we welcome attendees from all library types at both meetings.
