[Libs-Or] State Library staffing changes

Greetings -

I am so very pleased to announce that Elke Bruton has been promoted to Program Manager of the Talking Book and Braille Library.  She has been the librarian within Talking Books for the past 12 years, so with her skills and knowledge Talking Books is in great hands.

Over the next couple of months, I will be transitioning over to be the Chief Operating Officer at the State Library.

Please join me in congratulating Elke on her new position.
