Hi,

Some of you may be interested in the following resources that were highlighted in the February 2020 PLA newsletter.

DigitalLearn.org & LearnFree.org
The Public Library Association (PLA) offers 25 video tutorials via www.DigitalLearn.org<http://www.DigitalLearn.org> to help library patrons learn digital skills. Use the English / Español links at the top of the homepage to see the tutorials and transcripts in English or Spanish. The site also offers resources for trainers<https://training.digitallearn.org/>. DigitalLearn.org is similar to the free offerings from the Goodwill Community Foundation's www.LearnFree.org<http://www.LearnFree.org>, which provides skill-development resources for reading, writing, math, personal finance, GED, technology, job seeking, and more. Users can choose English, Spanish, or Portuguese by using the language option located at the top of any page.

A 30-page resource called "Leading Conversations in Small and Rural Libraries: Facilitation Guide<http://www.ala.org/tools/sites/ala.org.tools/files/content/PPO_LTC_Fac_Guide%20-%20WEB%2002-04-2020.pdf>" is available online at no cost. [ALZ Magazine Cover]Free Alzheimer's Association Magazines
The Alzheimer's Association publishes the ALZ magazine<https://www.alz.org/news/alz-magazine> four times a year. ALZ is "available for subscription at no charge to libraries<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfJferLQKbIbPExpEXPgQqN1tedvl-lWk1fGLQVYVbREdza_g/viewform>.
