This free webinar will show y how this program helps patrons navigate the world of online banking by providing hands-on demonstrations, video tutorials, and answers to questions about safeguarding personal information online, along with step-by-step guidance on how to manage a bank account on a computer or mobile device. [Sharon Fletcher]
Sharon Fletcher is an administrative supervisor for the Houston (TX) Public Library’s Community Education, Partnerships and Initiatives Division. Sharon is responsible for managing several special projects and programs in support of the library’s core services. In addition to the LiftOff Houston Start-Up Business Plan Competition, she manages Ready, Set, Bank.
[Monique Hector]
Monique Hector, manager of the Job & Business Academy at Queens (NY) Public Library, has devoted almost all her professional life to public service. She has served the community for more than 11 years as a champion of entrepreneurship and workforce development, and as an advocate for the underserved. She is committed to innovation and providing solutions for those in need.
[Mariadele Medellin Priest]
Mariadele Medellin Priest is senior director for Capital One’s Community Development Banking team. Her responsibilities include directing national philanthropic programs related to affordable housing and bridging the digital divide. She manages a team of local grant makers and market managers across the country.
[Nicole H. Robinson]
Nicole H. Robinson is deputy director of the Houston (TX) Public Library, the seventh largest public library system in the U.S. and the largest in Texas.
