[Libs-Or] Boxes of tattle tape on offer

The UWS library has 2-1/2 boxes of tattle tape (box = 1000 pieces) to
offer, as we've transitioned to RFID.

Available for you to pick up; we can also ship, if needed. If picking up,
please be able to do so before Friday, March 20.
