See ALA's note below. Please contact your federal representative as well as
Senators Wyden and Merkley to encourage them to include libraries in their
coronavirus relief efforts.

As you know, Congress is moving extremely quickly on economic relief and
recovery packages in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact
across many industries.

Now is the time to contact your elected officials to let them know what
libraries are facing. ALA is urging Congress to include at least $2 billion
for libraries in COVID-19 economic relief legislation, and we need you to
let them know how critical this funding is to libraries of all types across
the country.
