Dear Oregon Library Community,
The Oregon Library Association has a Zoom sharing procedure so that members
of OLA and the larger Oregon library community can use OLA's Zoom instances
for activities that support the work of Oregon's libraries.
If you would like Zoom video communication assistance for library-related
meetings or events with participants numbering above the amount allowed by
the free Zoom version, or are longer than 40 minutes in duration, there is
a Zoom scheduling request form <http://olaweb.org/zoom-request-form>on the
OLA website. OLA's Association Manager Shirely Roberts will need time to
set this up and communicate with you about the login access information so
please give 48 hours notice. Please contact Shirley if you have any
questions: sroberts.ola at gmail.com
Thank you to the 170 people who have completed the OLA 2020 Survey! It
runs through Tuesday, March 31 if you haven't already participated. A
reminder that the survey should take about 10 minutes and all questions are
optional. As an incentive for participation, two $45 gift cards will be
awarded to two individuals who chose to include their name and email
address at the end of the survey. This identifying information will be kept
separate from the survey responses, and all information collected will
remain anonymous.
Thank you for all you do in support of Oregon libraries and the communities
we serve!
Elaine
