Libraries Helping Immigrants, a CSL/LSTA grant sponsored program, invites you to interact with USCIS Community Resource Officers with questions about status, public charge, changes in procedures and immigration resources.

USCIS officers will provide an overview of the different immigrant status your patrons may have and common questions they may ask based on these statuses.  This presentation will highlight where to find answers to these frequently asked questions on the website and share brochures and materials that you may want to have on hand.

Please review these instructions carefully to ensure that you have a smooth process in accessing the Webex presentation.

1)            If you are using a computer, use Google Chrome to access the site and not Internet Explorer. You can click on "Join from your browser" to join the meeting.
2)            If you are using a phone or tablet, it is best to download the Cisco WebEx Meeting App (it is free).
3)            When you log in, please select the "Call Me" audio feature and type in your phone number (do not use your computer speakers as this will increase background noise).  You will receive a call to join the meeting.
4)            If you cannot view Webex on your phone, tablet or computer, you can still call in at 1-415-527-5035 and use the Access Code to join.
