[Libs-Or] People Counters

The Hood River Library is looking for People Counters that do NOT need 
Power over Ethernet (PoE) access but instead use WiFi to send data and 
also have children counting capabilities.  The system does not have to 
be able to provide real-time occupancy but that would be a bonus.  If 
you've had success with any systems, please forward them my way!
