Hello everyone,
An Oregon Humanities' board member reached out to let me know they haven't received any applications for this grant directed at rural libraries<https://www.oregonhumanities.org/programs/grants/consider-this-mini-grant/>. They are planning to extend the deadline, it's currently Monday the 13th. If your library is located in one of the rural zip codes<https://www.oregon.gov/oha/HSD/AMHPAC/Documents/OR-Zip-Codes-Urban-Rural-Designations.pdf>, this may be a great opportunity to access programming funds. Programs could be directed at any age audience if they fall within the theme. You can reach out to Oregon Humanities Grants and Programs Coordinator Dawn Smallman about this if you have questions: d.smallman at oregonhumanities.org<mailto:d.smallman at oregonhumanities.org> or (503) 241-0543 ext. 123.
Best,
Greta
