CCRLS is seeking an energetic, forward-looking leader to build an
innovative, member-focused organization. The Executive Director serves as
the senior manager for CCRLS, directing the daily operations for cooperative
services and supervising a central staff of seven. Strong budgeting,
planning, and supervisory skills are essential for this position. The ideal
candidate will value inclusive decision-making and have a demonstrated
record of building strong, collaborative relationships with a variety of
stakeholders. The position works collaboratively with member library
directors and the central staff to design and execute services that enhance
local library services and programs.
