[Libs-Or] Hotspot survey

Hi,

 

Our board has asked for a survey of the district Hotspot users. Has anyone
done this? Do you think it is okay? I was thinking if it is a voluntary
survey it would not violate confidentiality. One board member questioned if
we are subsidizing internet for residents who could afford their own
service.
