[Libs-Or] The Resource Binder

Good morning,

I have a city council member requesting a copy of, "The Resource Binder"
that accompanies, "The Handbook for Trustees of Oregon Public Libraries."
This Resource Binder and original Handbook came out in 1998.  I am only
looking for a copy of, "The Resource Binder."  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
