[Libs-Or] Beloved children's author, Beverly Cleary, has died at age 104

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Beverly Cleary Children’s Choice Award (BCCCA) Committee,
it is with great sadness that we convey the news of Beverly Cleary’s
death.  In her very full life of 104 years, she has brought enjoyment to
countless young readers and their parents.  The world will sorely miss her. We
encourage families to celebrate her life by reading aloud her books and
also participate in the BCCCA contest.
